liberal does not have to mean rude
I need to vent. For those who know me, I work at a newspaper – a bastion of liberalism – and as part of my job I field email correspondence from the public. Today, for the umpteenth time, I have received a rude email from a reader who was upset that our website didn’t have something working properly or published in a timely manner, etc., etc. Yes, our website needs a makeover in appearance and functionality and yes, we are working on a redesign that will hopefully allow people to find things easier.
